We visited Switzerland for 4 days during 2001 Easter holidays, it was a wonderful experience. The weather was nice and sunny - except on Easter - it snowed and everything looked beautiful and white - just like in the movies.
The first day we spend in Zurich and the next day we went to Mount Titlis.
On Sunday we visited a Swiss village called 'Wengen'. In the evening we took a boat ride over river Trun.
On our final day we visited Geneva and then flew from Geneva to Zurich and then home to London.
On the whole it was great fun. The trains in Switzerland are very clean and punctual. You have such good transport from anywhere to anywhere and the people are so friendly and polite.

On the first day we decided to check out Zurich city ('Zurich HB'). We spend a day sightseeing Zurich and took the 'Zurich and Surroundings' excursions which took us around Zurich by bus, cable car and then along the 'Golden coast' by boat.");

Next day we went to Mount Titlis. We traveled from Interlaken to Engelberg by the 'Goldenpass Panoramic express' route which travelled along a beautiful scenic route. We went 10,000 ft up to ice capped Mt. Titlis via cable car. Mt. Titlis was full of snow and we had great fun in the snow. We had worn sport shoes which was a bad choice, because while having fun in the snow the snow entered our shoes and melted and we had freezing toes.... (and made out life miserable).");

Christmas comes early in Switzerland
It snowed whole day and we had fun walking in the snow. Everything was white, the trees, the cars, the trains, the streets the water.. you name it everything white. We visited a Swiss village called 'Wengen'. We travelled from Interlaken - Lautterbrunnen - Wengen - Lautterbrunnen - (then by vertical train to) Grütschalp - Winteregg - Müren (and back to Interlaken).");
